Delivery and Returns
If your piece wasn’t quite right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your jewellery. If you need to make a return, please contact us and our Customer Service team can process your returns request.
As our bespoke pieces are handmade to order we ask that you allow up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped. International delivery times may vary.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on bespoke pieces as we’ve customised these especially for you.
We are unable to accept returns on items purchased from our wholesalers, please get directly in touch with them for returns or exchanges.
