If your piece wasn’t quite right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your jewellery. If you need to make a return, please contact us and our Customer Service team can process your returns request.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on bespoke pieces as we’ve customised these especially for you and all postage fees are at your own cost.
We are unable to accept returns on items purchased from our wholesalers, please get directly in touch with them for returns or exchanges.
If you’ve experienced a breakage with your item please do contact us and our Customer Service team will help you resolve any problems.
